LASCON X Venue

The school will take place at the Antonio Galves Building of the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME), University of São Paulo (USP), São Paulo, Brazil. Main school activities (theoretical and hands-on classes) will be held in the lecture room on the ground floor. Other activities (exercises, project work, and discussions) will also take place either in the lecture room, in additional rooms on the ground and first floors, or in open areas equipped with blackboards and whiteboards. Coffee breaks will be served in the entrance hall of the building.

Important: in navigation apps, the LASCON venue is listed as “Numec – Núcleo de Apoio à Pesquisa em Modelagem Estocástica e Complexidade, Av. Prof. Luciano Gualberto, 1046–1242, Butantã, São Paulo, SP, 05508-010″.

Books on computational neuroscience and related fields will be accessible in the lecture room for student reference. As these are Prof. Antonio Roque’s personal copies, we ask all participants to treat them carefully and not remove them from the building.

We also kindly ask participants not to use the third floor of the building, as it is reserved for NeuroMat students, researchers, and staff not involved with LASCON.
